Condition : Responsibility
Normal hardware failure : Company
Accidental damage, misuse, intentional harm : Customer
Theft / Stolen device : Customer must pay replacement cost
Liquid damage : Customer
The company will provide maintenance or support during rental period.
Customer must report issues immediately.
Equipment must be returned in good working condition.
Missing or broken parts will be charged from the security deposit.
Either party can terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.
